  Scheduling appt was a nightmare. Long appointment window - I waited at home for hours. When I called, they told me that I wasn't answering the phone so the tech assumed I wasn't home, I suppose. They were calling my husband's cell, and he didn't answer. Rescheduled for 8a-12p window and then got an email confirming appt for 10a-2p. Called back, confirmed that email was sent in error adn 8-12 was correct.. Then the day of the appt they called my husband again to confirm (thankfully he answered this time) and then I got an email confirming the appointment about a minute before an email cancelling the appointment. Called again - appt still on for 8a-12p, email sent in error. Appt. was quick - it was just a checkup on the washer for the warrantee. Took maybe 10 minutes.
